• Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment. Clinic staff will review your request and contact you to confirm.
• Joining the walk-in queue does not guarantee a same-day assessment. Patients are seen based on availability and clinical priority.
• Submitting a registration request does not guarantee acceptance as a patient of the Clinic.
• Failure to attend a confirmed appointment may be subject to clinic policies.
